Thank you for your interest in registering as a Caregiver Candidate with the Care Connection Registry. Seniority1 is a professional company that specializes in promoting the best care for seniors through education, support and connection with experienced and professional caregivers, like you.
We are looking for experienced caregivers who are serious about finding a private pay caregiver job at this time. Caregiver candidates who register with the Care Connection Registry should have at least 6 months experience providing services to seniors in a professional or personal capacity.
Professional Standards
Even though registered Caregiver Candidates are not, and will never be, employed by Seniority1, it is expected that they adhere to the following professional standards:
It is expected that you will respond to all initial contacts made to you by a senior or family who has found you on the Care Connection Registry, whether that contact comes to you via phone or email. Contact should be made, even if you are no longer available, to let them know that you are no longer available.
It is expected that you will show up on time for all meetings or interviews, or that you will call ahead of time if you will be late or unable to attend.
In the event that you are no longer available for work, it is expected that you will return to Seniority1.com to deactivate your public profile. (You can reactivate it at any time, and you will continue to have access to training material)
Violation of any of these standards will cause your profile to become permanently deactivated.
Non-Use of Site by Agencies
Seniority1.com and the Care Connection Registry are intended for use solely by individuals who are seeking to directly hire a caregiver and by individuals who are seeking to be hired directly by a senior or their family.
Under no circumstances may an employment agency, placement agency, home care agency, home health agency, or any other agency or organization of any kind, register directly or indirectly with Seniority1.com, neither as a Caregiver Candidate nor as a senior/family member (Care Seeker), or otherwise make any use of this website or its services.
Note that there will be no tolerance of use by an employment agency, placement agency home care agency, home health agency, or any other agency or organization of any kind and a strong enforcement policy is in place to all cases of prohibited use of Seniority1.com or it's services by any type of agency. We systematically and regularly use technology to detect and track violators.
